Work Description
XXIV Old Buildings has close working relationships with many clients in Switzerland and other European countries.
Our Geneva office enables us to bring our depth of knowledge and experience to one of the world`s leading centres for private asset management and international banking. Among key specialisms we practise in Geneva are international arbitration, international commercial litigation, cross-border fraud and asset recovery, international trusts and company law.
Many of our members are experts in international trust work and several have advised and acted in cases with strong connections to Switzerland and other European countries. This involves them in matters such as estate planning, the design of trust and other structures as well as conflict of law issues. Members also work alongside tax experts in relevant jurisdictions, combining their expertise to find the most practical solution when crating or altering trusts and/or any other means of estate planning.
Members are regularly engaged to conduct international arbitrations in Geneva, London, Paris and other major cities.
