In 2003, 3 Stone Buildings opened a New York office to provide a local base for our expanding U.S. and Caribbean practices. The new premises at Rockefeller Plaza offer more substantial conference and office facilities.

The New York annex establishes 3 Stone Buildings as the first Englist set of chambers with a permanent presence in the U.S. One member of chambers (Teresa Rosen-Peacocke) spends at least 50% of her time in New York, and is qualified at the New York Bar. The office also serves as a liaison for our attorney clients, and marks our commitment to serving them in a way that suits their convenience.

All aspects of commercial and Chancery work are undertaken from or in collaboration with the New York office, including insurance and re-insurance, insolvency, professional negligence, administration of estates and trusts. We also offer a mediation and arbitration service for cases involving an international element.
