Duties of fiduciaries and commercial agents.  Shareholder disputes and the imposition of proprietary relief - particularly following insolvency or upon the proceeds of wrongdoing. The law of estate agency, the enforcement of restrictive covenants; litigation about mortgages and guarantees, the termination and renewal of business tenancies, applications for interim rent, TLATA claims and the rights of Trustees in the matrimonial home following insolvency.
