Entertainment licensing of rights including franchising, product and manufacturing licensing, claims for infringement of copyright especially of literary and musical works and sound recordings, claims involving the print and broadcast media and the music industry, wide ranging contractual disputes.

Company law
Particularly directors' duties and liabilities, shareholder remedies, commercial fraud and money laundering.

Partnership

Competition law including claims relating to sport.

Real property and landlord & tenant
Especially easements, covenants, property financing including mortgages, and property related torts.

All aspects of trusts
Especially resulting and constructive trusts, the private international law of trusts, offshore trusts and the taxation of trusts.

Contentious and non-contentious probate
Claims under the 1975 Act.
