Confidentiality, privacy and data protection: Claims for and against individuals, organisations and public and local government authorities, including claims about commercial and personal or information and data, claims for invasion of privacy, and especially claims involving the media.

Intellectual property, media and entertainment: Licensing of rights and products, claims for infringement of copyright, claims involving the print and broadcast media and the music industry, wide ranging contractual disputes.

Financial regulation
FSA, Solicitors Regulatory Authority, and International Petroleum Exchange investigations & inquiries.

Company law and partnership: Particularly directors' and partners' duties and liabilities, shareholder remedies, commercial fraud and money laundering.

Real property and landlord & tenant: Especially easements, covenants, property financing including mortgages, and property related torts.

Trusts: All aspects of trusts, especially resulting and constructive trusts, the private international law of trusts, offshore trusts and the taxation of trusts.

Succession: Contentious and non-contentious probate, including claims under the 1975 Act.

Financial services: Including retail, institutional and wholesale investment, Credit and Payment Services regulations, insurance, structured finance, long short and mutual funds, derivatives (currency, credit and freight) and collateral arrangements.

Taxation: Indirect taxation (VAT and Excise), the taxation of trusts.
