EC law relevant to intellectual property. Drafting and advice; litigation in all relevant courts and tribunals, and particularly interim injunctions.
Business and commercial litigation, arbitrations, inquiries and advice with a high technical content; technical contracts. UK and EC competition law, including computer and telecommunications aspects. Franchising and restraint of trade.
Subject matter: all aspects of science and technology; entertainment.
