Work Description
Revenue law in the UK and UK dependencies, and the Commonwealth: income tax, corporation tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, value added tax, customs and excise duties, petroleum revenue tax, stamp duty, stamp duty reserve tax, national insurance.
Planning drafting and advice, personal, estate, partnership and corporate (including trusts and variation of trusts, pensions and employee share schemes, and corporate mergers, acquisitions and flotations).
Tax appeals in all relevant courts and tribunals.
International litigation and planning (including offshore trusts and EC law).
