Clerks Kevin Mitchell, Danny O`Brien Chambers of Nigel Jones QC |
Work Description
Chancery practitioners in Chambers advise commercial and private clients in relation to their activities in the modern business environment. Individuals are instructed in partnership and company matters, in shareholders` disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, in directors` disqualification proceedings and in all aspects of advisory work and litigation arising from or connected with real property or landlord and tenant matters.
Such issues frequently involve consideration of other related aspects of chancery practice such as fiduciary or tortious duties of the individuals concerned or the interpretation of commercial contracts or regulatory provisions.
Members also advise and litigate in matters concerning the administration of estates and trusts generally, including probate matters and applications under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975.
Chambers aims to provide an efficient and flexible response to clients` needs; the clerks will gladly assist in tailoring that response to meet those needs and in providing any further information that may be required.
