Work Description
Intellectual property, media and entertainment. The enforcement and licensing of national and European Community intellectual property rights and their compliance with national and European Community competition law including:
Trade marks, domain names, sports and character merchandising, franchising and corporate sponsorship;
Copyright, registered and unregistered design rights, computer software, media and performers` rights;
Patents, technology transfers, plantbreeders` rights, pharmaceutical and environmental regulatory compliance;
Unfair competition, trade libel, trade secrets and confidential information, counterfeiting and passing off;
Alternative dispute resolution of intellectual property disputes and commercial disputes with a technical content and property, probate and succession disputes by mediation and arbitration.

Company, partnership, insolvency, charities, wills and administration, Inheritance Act, trusts and fiduciaries, banking and securities, land law and conveyancing, landlord and tenant, commercial contracts and professional negligence.
