Work Description
Lamb Chambers has dedicated teams of specialists practising in the areas of both commercial and property law. The work is generally contentious, but also advisory. It includes: all commercial contract disputes, sale and carriage of goods, supply of goods and services, company and partnership disputes, corporate and personal insolvency, guarantees, credit and security, banking, bills of exchange, intellectual property, franchising, insurance, economic and other comercial torts.
Also: all property-related litigation, landlord and tenant (commercial, residential and agricultural), real property, trusts, leasehold enfranchisement, construction law, mortgages, housing association disputes, judicial review, options, easements, and restrictive covenants, planning, environmental law and compulsory purchase.
In addition, Chambers undertakes a substantial amount of professional negligence work, related to each of the above areas. Several members are experienced in mediation, arbitration, and other forms of ADR.
