Work Description
Occupational pension schemes and trusts: all aspects of pensions and trust work in both procedural and substantive aspects of hostile and non-hostile litigation, including actions both with the trust and against strangers, claims for breach of contract and professional negligence and proceedings involving the Pensions Ombudsman.
Employment: all aspects of employment law, especially in the field of pensions, contracts of employment and employee benefits; impact of European Directives on UK employment law.
