Work description

Contract:  supply of goods and services, general commercial, consumer and building disputes.

Real Property:  rights over land, injunctions, nuisance, sale of land and boundary disputes.

Landlord & Tenant:  residential and business tenancies, possessions and breach of covenants including disrepair and rent arrears.

Simon also has experience in bankruptcy and insolvency (petitions and applications), education admission appeals (sit in as a legal adviser for a local authority), coroners' inquests and human law rights.
