Work Description
Chancery House Chambers offers barristers in all of the principal areas of Chancery and commercial law with complementary clerking. We have been described by clients in Chambers UK 2008 as "simply superb".
We have experience in advising and representing a broad range of clients including company directors and shareholders, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, small and large companies, partnerships, clubs, trustees, councils, property developers and the Crown.
Members provide advocacy services in a wide range of courts and tribunals. Together with our regular appearances in county courts and the Divisions of the High Court throughout England and Wales, we have broad experience in other tribunals such as the Lands Tribunal, VAT and Duties Tribunal, Court of Appeal and the House of Lords.
