Litigation and advisory work in all property, business and commercial fields including insolvency, real property, landlord and tenant, wills and trusts, professional negligence, intellectual property, taxation, construction and planning.

Notable recent cases include the publicised insolvencies of Enron (UK) Ltd, The Cammell Laird Group, The Phone People plc and Hull City FC.  Also, the Accident Group, Ultraframe v Fielding, Horton v Sadler (House of Lords), Bolton MBC v MMI, Helena Housing v Pinder, Knowsley HT v McMullen, Union Music v Russell Watson, C plc v P, Proform Sports Management Ltd v Proactive Sports Management Ltd, Green Corns Ltd v Claverley Group Ltd.
