Work Description
Practising from Chambers in Leeds and Manchester, the Chancery and Commercial team form part of one of the largest and most successful chambers outside London. Members are renowned for their extensive experience in the provision of advisory and advocacy services.
Members` practices extend to traditional and modern chancery, Commercial and Property law, Insolvency, Banking, Professional Negligence, Pensions, Passing Off, Intellectual Property, Competition, Partnership, Insurance and Re-insurance, Landlord and Tenant and Company, Shareholder and Boardroom disputes. There is a heavy emphasis in much of our work on litigation and dispute resolution.
