Work Description
St.James`s Chambers has a long established reputation for Chancery and commercial work with a strong emphasis on litigation. We undertake traditional Chancery areas of company including directors` disqualification, trusts and probate, real property including easements and restricitive covenants, commercial, residential and agricultural landlord and tenant, partnership, professional negligence and equitable remedies including undue influence, fraud and rectification. Members also undertake all aspects of insolvency work both corporate and individual, typically including the avoidance of prior transactions, liquidations, voluntary arrangements, receiverships and office holders` duties.
