Step Five:     You will be presented with 2 ways to listen to your CPDcast.

Option A enables you to access the CPDcast as an MP3. This is the standard format for portable music and voice recordings. You can copy this file to your ipod, BlackBerry™ etc or simply listen to it using iTunes or Window Media Player (installed by default on most computers)

Option B enables you to listen to the CPDcast straight from your PC. Simply click the play button and the CPDcast will start to play. On slow connections you may need to wait a few seconds for the audio to load.
