Chancery Bar Association Draft Guidance (as at 21 December 2007) on the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 which replaced the Money Laundering Regulations 2003 with effect from 15 December 2007.

The purpose of the notes is to offer some guidance to members of the Chancery Bar in independent practice as to their obligations under the new Regulations.
