Debt Relief Orders will provide a new form of debt remedy aimed at those with relatively low liabilities, little surplus income and few assets and who are currently unable to access other forms of debt relief.  S108 and Sch 17 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 inserts a new Part 7A, and various schedules into Insolvency Act 1986.
