Peter Marcel Roth QC has been appointed to the Chancery Division on the elevation of former ChBA Chairman Mr Justice Patten to the Court of Appeal. Mr Roth was called to the Bar by the Middle Temple in 1977 and took Silk in 1997. He was appointed a Recorder in 2000.
