As from the beginning of this term (11th January), a new email address has been created to lodge skeleton arguments for Commercial Court cases.
All of the High Court Judges' clerks will have access to the inbox and will therefore be able to take them directly from there, rather than coming through the middle man. This should hopefully prevent skeletons from being lost, misplaced or delayed.
Please ensure that you include in the subject line the name of the case, the Folio number, the date of the hearing and the name of the judge (if known at the time of lodging).
Skeleton arguments for any deputy or circuit judges (for example Mercantile cases before HHJ Mackie) should still be lodged with the listing office in the usual way as these judges do not have clerks here.
The email address is: ccskeletonarguments@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk
