Second BSB Consultation on the Legal Services Act
The Bar Council has established a working party which will submit a response to the BSB by the 1 March 2009 deadline. However, they are keen to gauge the feeling of the profession and the Chairman of the Bar has asked for your comments by 16 January. To read the letter from the Chairman of the Bar click here.
