Lord Justice Briggs is undertaking two months of consultation following the publishing of his interim review of the Civil Courts Structure which can be found by clicking here.
As part of the consultation process he would like to attend meetings with interested groups and the CBA are hosting a such a meeting on 27th April at 6pm in the Old Court Room at Lincoln’s Inn
He is interested in all feedback but is particularly keen to get views on the questions and issues he raises in Chapter 12 of the Interim Report
