  • Lexa Hilliard QC - Proceeds of Crime, corporate insolvency and the international dimension.  Her focus will be mainly on the threats to liquidation or administration from foreign inward requests for restraint or similar orders when contrasted to the protections available in a purely domestic context.
  • Fenella Morris QC - The Criminal Justice System – help or hindrance to those responsible for professional discipline and regulation? The talk will touch on procedural, evidential, and strategic issues from the perspective of regulators, professionals and those seeking redress for alleged wrongs.
  • Mark Rainsford QC - Pleasures and pitfalls: a short walk through some issues that arise in cases where criminal and civil jurisdictions overlap. This talk briefly covers aspects of privilege against self-incrimination in global investigations, contempt of court, collateral use of documents, litigation strategy and more.
