TECBAR, COMBAR and ChBA are delighted to announce this panel discussion and Q&A session led by Nicola Rushton KC (Silk 2018) (Hailsham Chambers). The panellists include:

•    Mrs Justice Joanna Smith DBE (Silk 2009), Chancery Division DBE
•    Monisha Shah (Chair of the KC Selection Panel)
•    Dame Anne Rafferty DBE (Silk 1990) (KC Selection Panel)
•    Alex Troup KC Elect (Silk 2023) (St John’s Chambers)
