Panel Discussion to Implement the Report
Voices of Women at the Chancery Bar
The Voices of Women at the Chancery Bar Report is an important and thought-provoking contribution to the Chancery Bar Association’s continuing and determined commitment to ensure a more diverse, supportive and fairer Bar. It was produced after a series of Round Table meetings, in which female Chancery practitioners were invited to volunteer to take part and share their experiences. We consider it is only by examining and debating these complex issues that we can identify the right responses and form an action plan for improvement.
This second panel discussion is aiming to find the heads of terms for a document entitled Routes for Real Change that can be disseminated to the decision makers within the Chancery Bar.
