A farewell from HHJ Marshall QC
On 28 November the ChBA and Propbar held a joint reception to say a very fond farewell to Her Honour Judge Hazel Marshall QC, who had unexpectedly announced her retirement. The event was indeed glittering, with a large turnout that surprised no-one except Her Honour.
