Chancery Modernisation Review - Provisional Report
As members will be aware, Lord Justice Briggs published his Provisional Report on the Chancery Modernisation Review on 31 July 2013. The Report is available on the Library/Consultations page of the website. It is open for consultation until 31 October 2013. The Association will be putting in a detailed response but members are encouraged to read the Report and to submit their own responses.
