Charter for Fairness
Charter for Fairness in work allocation, career development, marketing and earnings at the Chancery Bar
This Charter has been created in response to the enormous amount of work done by the Chancery Bar Association's Equality & Diversity Subcommittee, following on from the Voices of Women at the Chancery Bar report published 3 April 2021. We hope that Chancery sets (and the wider Bar) will feel able to implement this Charter in their working practices. The Association is looking into producing a logo for Chambers' to incorporate in their branding once the Charter for Fairness is implemented. Please click here to download.
