Standard Contractual Terms - Feedback/Review
The Committee of the ChBA would interested to receive feedback from members or their clerks in relation to any particular issues or concerns which have arisen from the introduction of standard contractual terms on 1 February 2013. This is something that we are seeking actively to review over the next few weeks.
