Reform of the Wills Act – workshop with the Law Commission

After the sell-out event for members of STEP at the Law Society last week, discussing the Law Commission’s latest proposals for reform of the law of wills, we have decided to open our workshop with the Commission up to members’ guests as well.  The event will provide an opportunity to hear first-hand from the Law Commissioner, Professor Nicholas Hopkins, and then to discuss the proposals in small groups with a representative of the Commission on each table, before some concluding remarks and refreshments.
